1. Service provider
The service provider is Flamin Joe Studio Dominika Kasprzyk, Polish tax ID (NIP) 5792303226, business registry number (REGON) 542803647, email: hej@flaminjoe.studio, phone +48 515 548 292.
2. Scope of the service
In both packages we assess 39 criteria across 6 sections: access to the site; a clear picture of the business and its offer; the quality and credibility of the content; how easily AI can use the content; the brand’s credibility off-site; and results across four AI systems. Competitors are compared throughout the audit — they are not a separate scored section. On the sales page we present the scope as 7 cards, because the seventh card is not an additional scored section — it summarizes the score and the order of changes.
In both packages the client receives a full PDF report with a score out of 100, the evidence, priorities, an initial plan for the first 30 days, and at least 5 changes described step by step. We don’t hide findings that are unfavorable to the client — we explain what they mean and how to fix them.
The “AI Visibility Audit: Report + Implementation Plan” package additionally includes a 45-minute call, during which we adapt the plan to your team and assign responsibilities and deadlines, plus an updated plan and one re-measurement. The package name does not mean the cheaper “AI Visibility Audit: Report” comes without an initial plan.
Neither package includes making changes on the site.
3. Prices and payment
- AI Visibility Audit: Report: PLN 499 net + 23% VAT, i.e. PLN 613.77 gross.
- AI Visibility Audit: Report + Implementation Plan: PLN 949 net + 23% VAT, i.e. PLN 1,167.27 gross.
All amounts are in PLN (Polish złoty); your card is charged in PLN and your bank converts automatically. Payment is a one-time charge made in advance through Stripe. The payment page shows the methods available for a given order; right now those are card, BLIK, Klarna. We send the sales document electronically to the address you provide at checkout.
If the client buys the “AI Visibility Audit: Report + Implementation Plan” package and starts an implementation with us within 60 days of receiving the report, we deduct PLN 949 net from the implementation price. This deduction does not apply to the “AI Visibility Audit: Report” package.
4. Start and delivery time
Work begins once payment is confirmed and we have complete information about the business. In the “AI Visibility Audit: Report” package we deliver the full PDF report and initial action plan within 3 business days. If we state a later date before purchase, the date clearly shown at checkout applies.
In the “AI Visibility Audit: Report + Implementation Plan” package we deliver the first full PDF report and initial action plan within 24 hours on business days. This deadline does not cover the later call or the re-measurement. We arrange the call time with the client by email. We send the plan, updated during the call, within 1 business day after the call.
By default we run the re-measurement 30 days after delivering the first report. If the changes are to start later, the client may request a different date within 7 days of receiving the report. We set it together, but no later than 90 days after the first report is delivered.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and confirms that they are entitled to commission the analysis of the specified domain and the publicly available information about the business.
5. Nature of the result
AI tools’ answers change over time. The result describes the state on the day of measurement and serves as a reference point for later comparisons. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, or recommendation of the brand by an external tool.
6. No-fluff guarantee
If the report does not identify at least 5 things to fix, each with instructions on what to do, the client may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving the report. A single email with the order number is enough. The guarantee does not cover situations where the described changes are present but the client disagrees with their order or does not want to make them.
7. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to hej@flaminjoe.studio, describing the order and the concerns. We will respond within 14 days.
8. Rights to the report
After payment, the client may use the report within their own company and share it with contractors implementing the recommendations. The methodology, template, and Flamin Joe Studio branding remain the property of the service provider. Public use of the report as a case study requires separate consent from both parties.
9. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The payment operator is Stripe.
10. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. These terms apply to orders placed on or after the date indicated above. If mandatory legal provisions grant the client broader rights, these terms do not limit those rights.
