Zapyo. We built a tool so jobs stop getting lost to a forgotten follow-up.
Keeps track of clients, quotes and deadlines for you. Zapyo is our own product — a light notebook for solo operators and small service teams, which we build and run ourselves alongside our agency work.

We know this problem first-hand — not from a research deck.
Working with small service businesses — a solar installer we did the branding for, among others — we kept seeing the same pattern: clients in a notebook, quotes buried in text threads and memory. Excellent work on site, and jobs still slipping away because nobody called back in time. We hear the same from other small crews — paving contractors, electricians, physiotherapists. We built Zapyo because a notebook and a good memory do not scale, and a big corporate CRM is far too much tool for this particular problem.
For solo operators and small teams who run the business off their phone.
Zapyo is not for sales departments or corporations. It is for solo operators and small service teams who today keep their clients in their head, in a notebook, or in their phone's call history.
Zapyo is used by, among others: Solar installers, Heat pumps, HVAC and ventilation, Electricians, Plumbers, Paving contractors, Roofers, Carpenters and fitted furniture, Renovation and building crews, Insulation and facades, Landscaping and garden design, Surveyors, Wedding photographers, Wedding planners, Event organisers, Car detailing, Smart home and alarms, Appliance and electronics repair, Physiotherapists, Personal trainers, Beauticians, Equipment rental.
Eight things. Nothing surplus.
Zapyo does exactly as much as a small service business needs — with no settings screen you have to conquer first.
A client in two fields
A name and a phone number are enough; the rest you fill in whenever you feel like it. Custom fields to match your trade — “roof type”, “guest count” — whatever you actually need.
Everything in one place
Clients, jobs and quotes with stages and amounts, notes from what you agreed, the full contact history.
It reminds you by itself
Push notifications on your phone, and Zapyo spots the clients going quiet on you before the job goes cold.
It helps you sell again
It nudges you to go back to a client after the season — old contacts do not disappear, and they are the easiest source of the next job.
Import in a minute
CSV, Excel, Google Sheets — the columns map themselves and duplicates get caught.
Simple, no training needed
No onboarding project, no 40-page manual — and still configurable for how your business works.
Your data stays safe
Servers in the EU (Frankfurt), an encrypted connection, an account only you can see.
Works on any phone with a browser
You install it straight from the browser onto your home screen, no app store involved — and it does not fall over on a weak signal.

Simple and light.
Zapyo stays light on purpose. Before we add a feature we ask whether Szymon (our archetypal customer — a solo tradesman or a small crew) actually needs it, or whether it is merely a nice-to-have. That is also why it is a PWA rather than a store app — you add it to your home screen in seconds, with no waiting on Google Play or App Store approval.
Stop losing jobs.
No rollout, no team training. You create an account, add your first client and see whether it helps you — the same day.
